We took on the intricate task of piping the hot oil to and from this heater package, which involved specialized 4” steel pipe welding. For this specific component, we partnered with a trusted welding company to ensure precision and compliance, while our team managed the overall installation.
- Utility Piping: We installed extensive hot and cold water and compressed air lines throughout the facility, providing essential utilities to various workstations and processing areas.
- Adaptive Support: As the plant evolved, the client identified additional needs for compressed air, steam, and water connections. Our flexible team quickly responded, integrating these extra connections seamlessly into the existing framework.
- Sanitary Process Piping: A significant challenge arose with the need for sanitary piping for the hot cooking oil filtration system. While this wasn’t a routine service for us, our commitment to the client’s success led us to take on the project.
