Here are some pictures of machinery that we have removed old control systems and installed our new plc controls. The machines have become much more reliable and efficient after the upgrades.

The picture on the left is of the original circuit boards found in a Macpi Carousel press. If/when something goes wrong with the board, it is impossible to find someone to repair it or get the proper replacement board. We have removed the original control system from the machine and installed a new state of the art PLC control system with diagnostics.. Full machine shown below.

This is an Ibis shoulder machine that we installed a new PLC control system. This machine originally had a card reader and relay control system. This machine is easy to reprogram time cycles for each of the functions.

This is a Brisay lapel and facing press that we removed the card reader and relay control system and installed a plc control system. By installing these controls, we have increased the reliability and functionality of the machine.

Microprocessor controls can be added to most any air operated pressing machine. Here is an automated New Yorker pants topper. A close up of the control is on the right.

Macpi left and right sleeve and shoulder press. This machine came to us in non working condition. We removed the circuit boards and related control system. We installed 2 plc controls for the machine. The machine functions better than new with more features and is easier to program and operate.
