Automotive Products

Using our knowledge of the way steam affects fabrics, it was a natural progression into the automobile seating industry. We were approached by a seating company to help remove the wrinkles in car seats that developed during the manufacturing and assembly process. Not only did we design an automatic steaming machine to mount on their assembly line to remove the wrinkles after the machine was built, we also designed a system to aid in the build of the seats to lessen the wrinkles during assembly. These designs worked so well, we had them patented.
